主要用途：

該系列泵可輸送溫度不高于103℃，含有細(xì)小軟顆?；蚶w維質(zhì)，帶腐蝕性或有衛(wèi)生要求的液體，廣泛適用于食品、飲料、醫(yī)藥、污水處理、化工、電鍍、漂染、精細(xì)化工等行業(yè)使用。

WB(S)與WBZ(S)系列泵是我公司自行研制的不銹鋼離心式、自吸式耐腐蝕微型電泵，葉輪采用半開旋流式結(jié)構(gòu)，過流零部件及連接采用精密鑄造不銹鋼材料。

1、采用不銹鋼304焊接軸結(jié)構(gòu)，有效保證了機封的使用壽命與葉輪平衡度。
2、采用四氟機封、根據(jù)不同客戶使用需求可配防爆電機等。

This series of pumps can transport liquids with a temperature not exceeding 103 ℃, containing small soft particles or fibers, corrosive or with hygiene requirements. They are widely used in industries such as food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, sewage treatment, chemical engineering, electroplating, dyeing, and fine chemicals.

The WB (S) and WBZ (S) series pumps are stainless steel centrifugal and self priming corrosion-resistant micro electric pumps developed by our company. The impeller adopts a semi open swirl structure, and the flow components and connections are made of precision cast stainless steel material.

1. The use of stainless steel 304 welded shaft structure effectively ensures the service life of the mechanical seal and the balance of the impeller.

2. Equipped with PTFE machine seal and explosion-proof motor according to different customer needs.

使用條件：

1、適用介質(zhì)：固體不溶物體積含量不超過單位體積的0.1%，粒度不大于0.2mm。（介質(zhì)如帶有細(xì)小顆粒須采用耐磨式機械密封，請在訂貨時說明。）
2、周圍環(huán)境溫度不超過40℃，相對濕度不超過95%，海拔高度不超過1000m。
3、輸送介質(zhì)的運動黏度為7x10-7-23×10-6m2/s。

Usage conditions:

1. Applicable medium: The volume content of solid insoluble matter shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall not exceed 0.2mm. (If the medium contains small particles, wear-resistant mechanical seals must be used. Please specify when ordering.)

2. The ambient temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, the relative humidity shall not exceed 95%, and the altitude shall not exceed 1000m.

3. The kinematic viscosity of the conveying medium is 7x10-7-23 × 10-6m2/s。
