1、管道離心泵結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，機泵一體化，體積小。其立式結(jié)構(gòu)具有安裝占地面積小，運行平穩(wěn)，安裝無需調(diào)整。

2、泵進出口設(shè)計成規(guī)格相同法蘭，且位于同一中心在線，可象閥門一樣直接安裝在管路上，且中心低，便于管道布置，安裝方便。

運行中的維護

Maintenance during operation

(1)進口管道必須充滿液體，禁止泵在汽蝕狀態(tài)下長期運行。

The inlet pipeline must be filled with liquid and it is prohibited for the pump to operate for a long time in a cavitation state.

(2)定時檢查電機電流值，不得超過電機額定電流。

Regularly check the motor current value and do not exceed the rated current of the motor.

(3)泵進行長期運行后，由于機械磨損，使機組噪音及振動增大時，應(yīng)停車檢查，必要時可更換易損零件及軸承，機組大修期一般為一年。

After long-term operation of the pump, if the noise and vibration of the unit increase due to mechanical wear, it should be stopped for inspection. If necessary, vulnerable parts and bearings can be replaced. The overhaul period of the unit is generally one year.

機械密封維護

Mechanical seal maintenance

(1)機械密封潤滑應(yīng)清潔無固體顆粒。

 The lubrication of mechanical seals should be clean and free of solid particles.

(2)嚴禁機械密封在干磨情況下工作。

Mechanical seals are strictly prohibited from working under dry grinding conditions.

(3)起動前應(yīng)先盤動泵(電機)幾圈，以免突然起動造成石墨環(huán)斷裂損壞。

Before starting, the pump (motor) should be turned a few times to prevent sudden starting from causing damage to the graphite ring.

(4)密封泄漏量允許3滴/分。否則應(yīng)檢查。

The allowable leakage rate for sealing is 3 drops per minute. Otherwise, it should be checked.
